I hope that you are delighted with your painting but if not, please email me within 5 days of receipt to discuss the problem. The painting may be exchanged or a refund given and must be returned asap. I cannot refund postage unless the item is faulty and cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost on their way back. Returned items must be in a saleable condition  (unless faulty). Commissions cannot be returned once we have agreed the final painting before despatch.
